Every cleaning and maintenance job at La Industria Services starts with a walkthrough. No work begins without an on-site assessment and a written quote you approve first. This visit covers your full unit, kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and any equipment or facility areas that need attention. From there we scope the work, whether that is a full kitchen deep clean, a walk-in cooler service, ice maker cleaning, light maintenance, power washing, or a combination. Pricing is provided after your consultation. No surprises, no commitment required to meet.






Cancellation Policy

Scope of Service La Industria Services provides professional cleaning for commercial kitchen and restaurant facilities. Services include deep cleaning for commercial kitchens, walk-in coolers, ice makers, full unit detailing, and power washing of designated areas. All work is performed by W2 employees of La Industria Services. 2. Service Agreement A written service agreement must be signed by the client before any cleaning visit is scheduled. The agreement outlines the scope of work, frequency, supply responsibilities, and applicable pricing. No service will be initiated without a signed agreement on file. 3. Scheduling & Service Frequency La Industria Services offers both one-time and recurring cleaning schedules. Clients are encouraged to commit to a recurring schedule for the best value and consistent results. One-time visits are available and will be invoiced at a 30% premium above the recurring service rate. This reflects the additional coordination and preparation required for standalone visits. Clients who transition from a one-time visit to a recurring schedule within 30 days may have the premium credited toward their first recurring invoice, at the discretion of La Industria Services. 4. Supplies & Equipment The client is responsible for providing all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete the service. La Industria Services will communicate a recommended supply list prior to the scheduled visit. If required supplies are not available on the day of service, the visit may need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee may apply as outlined in the service agreement. 5. Client Responsibilities & Access Clients are responsible for ensuring that all areas included in the scope of work are accessible and cleared of any operational obstruction at the time of the scheduled visit. This includes emptying walk-in coolers of perishables when deep cleaning requires it, unless otherwise arranged in advance. 6. Rescheduling & Cancellations Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in the service agreement. La Industria Services reserves the right to reschedule visits due to supply unavailability or unsafe working conditions. 7.
